have compiled a list of frequently asked questions. Please refer to it when purchasing.
1. 이건 KF94 등급인가요? Is this KF94 or Niosh N95 or FFP grade MASK?
-> 아닙니다. 일회용 마스크 입니다. KF가 아니여도 재채기 할때 나오는 비말차단 또는 얼굴을 만지는 것을 방지하는 용도로
일회용 마스크도 유용하다고 언론에 보도된바 있습니다. KF보다 호흡이 편합니다.
->No. This is
just a disposable mask. It is used to prevent splashing or prevent touching the
face when sneezing even if it is not KF or N95 Grade. Disposable masks have also been
reported to be effective in outward blocking and also self-face protection.
Breathing is easier than KF or N95 but is not intended for medical front-line
use.
2. 배송은 얼마나 걸리나요? How long does delivery take?
->홍콩에서 DHL Express로 발송합니다. 통상 5일~7일 사이에 도착하고 있습니다.(미국기준)
트래킹 번호 생성 시 고지 드리며, 해당 번호로 수화물 상태를 확인할 수 있습니다.
다만 현재 전 세계 항공뮬류 편수가 급감하여 간혹 지연되는 경우가 있으니 양해 부탁드립니다.
->It usually
arrives in 5 and 7 days (DHL Express, US standard). We will notify customers when a tracking
number is designated (on My page), and you can check the status with that
number. Please note due to lack of airline support globally sometimes we may
have delays in shipping. We will do our best to ensure no delays.
3. 미주와 미주 외 지역 가격이 왜 다른거죠? Why are prices different in the US and other country?
->미주 외 지역제품은 운송비가 빠져있는 예약접수 금액 입니다. 지역이 모두 달라 배송비를 고정할 수가 없습니다.
우선 상품가격만 결제하여 예약하신 후, 배송주소에 따라서 저희가 운송사 확인 후 실 운송비를 청구합니다.
실 운송비까지 모두 결제를 해주셔야 접수가 완료 됩니다.

non-U.S. Products, this is the reservation fee without shipping charges.
Shipping costs cannot be fixed as costs differ by region. Also given the
current environment we are facing numerous challenges in logistics and fake
orders. We have implemented a payment process where first a reservation is made
by paying only the product price. The actual shipping cost is charged and paid
after confirming with DHL on the shipping address.
So final
product purchase is completed is after payment of actual shipping cost. Shipping
cost and payment will be shared with you via email ~1 day after product
purchase (usual turnaround from DHL express)
4. 중국 우한지역과 관련이 없나요? Is it not related to Wuhan area in China?
-> 우한에서 1천km 이상 떨어진 심천의 ISO9001규격의 전자공장에서 제작하고 있습니다. 먼지가 없는 클린룸에서 제조 합니다.
->It is
manufactured in ISO9001 standard electronic factory located in Shenzhen, more
than 1,000km far from Wuhan. Manufactured in a dust-free clean room.
5. 캐나다는 미주 주문인가요 글로벌 주문인가요? Canada, Is this US order or Global order?
-> 미국과 캐나다는 미주 페이지에서 동일한 요금으로 가능합니다. 미주지역 주문페이지에서 주문하시면 됩니다.

6. 방수 되나요? Is this waterprrof?
-> 72시간 방수 테스트를 마친 원단으로 제조합니다.
-> Yes.
They have been tested to be waterproof for 72 hours.
7. 안전한가요? Is this Safe?
-> 한국의류시험연구원에서 포름알데히드,PH, 아릴아민 등의 시험을 진행했고 모두 불검출, 적합판정 받았습니다.
->
Formaldehyde, PH, arylamine, etc. were tested by the KATRI(Korea Apparel
Testing and Research Institute). All Pass. The masks have also gone through
China national inspection requirements.
8. 색상 변경 가능한가요? Is it possible to change the color?
-> 현재는 스카이 블루 한 색상 입니다. 향후 제조사에서 변경 시 고지드릴 예정입니다.

Currently only sky blue is available. We will notify you when we add new colors
in the future.
9. 마스크 관련 사기가 많은데 이거 아닌가요? There are many scams related to masks, aren't they?
-> 저희 자체 브랜드 제품으로 한국과 일본에서 이미 판매를 하고 있고, 이 사이트도 회사에서 직접 운영합니다.
2017년 창업한 회사로 연매출 1백억 이상인 정상적인 회사 입니다. 사이트 하단 사업자등록번호와 전화번호 모두 저희 정보 입니다.
-> The
masks are proprietary and are already being sold in Korea and Japan. We are a
start-up brand founded in 2017 and is a growing company with commerce sales of
over 10 billion KRW. Both the business registration number and phone number are
at the bottom of the site.
10. 배송이 안되는 지역이 있나요? Are there any areas that cannot be delivered?
-> 저희는 UPS, DHL, FEDEX 모두 계약되어 있어 대부분 지역은 배송이 가능하지만, 해당 국가의 세관 규정상 안되는 경우도 있습니다.
현재 브라질이 배송은 되지만 세관에서 압수위험이 있는 것으로 확인됐습니다.
확인 후 배송이 안되는 지역은 예약금액을 즉시 환불해 드리고 있습니다.
-> We
have UPS, DHL and FEDEX contracts, so we can ship to most regions, but it may
not be possible due to the customs regulations of your country. Brazil is
currently shipping, but it has been confirmed that customs is seizing them. If
by chance UPS confirms that a new update does not allow delivery to a certain
country, we will refund the product payment quickly.
